Where do we pick up our tickets?

You do not need to pick up nor receive tickets but are more than welcome to bring your confirmation voucher with you on the day of your tour. Please check your spam folder for your voucher, in case you do not see it in the inbox.

How big are your groups?

Our Vatican Tours have a maximum of 25 participants.

Do I need to bring my confirmation email to the tour?

You do not have to bring the confirmation with you on the day of your tours but we do strongly recommend that you do as it contains information about the meeting point.

Do the prices include entrance fees?

All listed prices include both admissions as well as reservation fees, unless specified differently in the tour description.

Do I need to call and confirm my tour?

No, the moment you have received your booking confirmation you are a confirmed participant of our services.

Do I have to wait in the lines?

No, all our tours have a reservation to skip the lines.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we do accept credit cards for online payments for our Rome and Vatican Tours or packages.

Is there a minimum number of participants?

No, we do not have a minimum number of participants on our tours. We run tours no matter how many people have signed up for it.

Do you have reduced rates for children?

We have reduced rates for children between 6 and 17 years of age. Children under 6 years of age are complete free of charge.

Is hotel pick-up included in the cost?

Hotel pick-up, as long as not specified in the tour description, is not included in the costs. However, you can always upgrade your tour for a pick-up service.

Do you cater for wheelchair users?

We strongly recommend reserving a private tour if in a wheelchair as the itinerary of the tours often changes and sometimes cannot be foreseen.

How do I pay?

You can pay for our services online using the booking tool on the website. We accept credit cards and PayPal.

Is there a dress-code?

Both knees and shoulders need to be covered when entering churches and the Vatican Museums. All clients signing up for itineraries going to churches must observe this rule. Bookingrometours does not take responsibility for clients Bookingrometours’ does not take responsibility for participants rejected by authorities due to improper apparel.We recommend wearing comfortable shoes on all our tours as they involve walking distances on uneven surfaces in most cases.

I didn’t receive my confirmation mail, why?

Please check your junk/spam mail folder. If you have not received a confirmation for your booking, please contact us on info@bookingrometours.com so we can update you on the progress of your confirmation.

Is it possible to place last minute bookings on the same day?

We cannot guarantee availability for last minute bookings on the same day but in occasionally there will be spots left. Our booking tool does not allow same day bookings so please contact us with your request via email or phone.

Do you provide services not listed on the site?

Yes, we offer a wide range of services not listed on the site; private transfers and customized tours to name a few. Feel free to contact us with your request and we will do our very best to accommodate.

What languages do you offer tours in?

We offer  group tours in English, Spanish, Deutsch, Portuguese, French. Our Private Tours can also be offered in most other languages. Feel free to contact us with your request and we will do our very best to accommodate.
